John Erik Fossum is Professor at ARENA, Centre for European Studies, University of Oslo. He is a leading thinker on differentiation in Europe, and coordinator of a large-scale research project called EU3D (Differentiation, Dominance, Democracy). In this interview, he discusses the analytical framework for the project. He also discusses the prospect that Norway could provide a model for the future post-Brexit EU-UK relationship.
